Do some of your products expire?Yes. The natural ingredients will expire after some time. All expiration dates are listed on the products. All products are made when ordered. Do you have a refund policy?No. Due to the nature of the products. However, we will take each request for a refund and make a decision. Can I pick my own scents for the products?Yes. If you desire a different smell, most products can be altered to your request. How long will it take to ship my products, after I place an order?You can expect to receive your products within 1 - 2 weeks. Are your products 100% natural?Yes! I have a skin allergy, do you alter your products?Yes. If there is a product you would like, but it has an ingredient that you are allergic to, simply place the order and follow with an email to tell us what you would like to be removed. If you are unsure if the product contains the ingredient you are allergic to, still email us. Once we have you on file for allergies, we will know for future purchases. Do I have to have a Paypal account?No. We now accept cheques, money orders and all major credit cards. Phone orders are also accepted. |
